Who we are

Zengentic Pte. Ltd. (Registration No. 202635926H), registered in Singapore, operates zengentic.sg and zenctrm.com. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: info [at] zengentic [dot] sg.

What we collect

  • When you request a demo: your name, work email, job title, company, phone number (optional), business type, timeline and anything you write in the message.
  • Technical data: to stop automated spam, our hosting provider and its bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) process your IP address and browser signals. We do not use them to identify you.

We measure visits with cookieless analytics that do not identify you.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so we do not ask for cookie consent. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from automated attacks. It does not identify you and is not used for marketing.

If we add any cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your request and arrange a demonstration.
  • To keep a record of our contact with your organisation.
  • To protect the website from abuse.

Under the UK GDPR, our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries. Under the Singapore PDPA, we rely on your consent, given when you submit the form.

Who receives it

Your request is delivered to our mailbox, which Microsoft 365 hosts. Our website runs on Cloudflare. These providers process data for us under their data processing terms, and may process it outside your country. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent. Email info [at] zengentic [dot] sg. In the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. In Singapore you can contact the Personal Data Protection Commission.
